Global Talent Acquisition Development Lead

Our Global Competence Center for Talent Acquisition & Employer branding drives strategies & development throughout the organisation in close collaboration with various HR & business stakeholders. Talent acquisition & Employer branding plays a strategic role in our journey to advance customers’ material handling, by making sure we have the best talent to make this happen. We are now looking for Global Talent Acquisition Development lead for a fixed-term parental leave replacement.

 

Global Talent Acquisition Development lead is responsible for developing talent acquisition tools and concepts globally within Konecranes, to ensure we are able to attract and hire future talents in the markets we operate in. To make this happen, you will be focusing on following key activities:

  • Responsible for recruitment process & system/platform development globally in close collaboration with IT and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and candidate focused application/recruitment process
  • As we are about to implement a new TA solution in December 2024, the further refining and ensuring ROI will be a key focus for the Development lead
  • Creating and developing talent acquisition concepts & initiatives to support our business to grow and attract the required talent
  • Creating & maintaining recruitment process related documentation & guidance’s and facilitate training/communications withing the organisation   
  • Developing and implementing new ways of working in talent acquisition to ensure effective process facilitation and using of best practices
  • Identify areas of improvement from process and platform point-of-view to support talent acquisition excellence and participate in implementation activities
  • Work closely with global & local HR teams to identify priority areas and development areas to ensure high impact support to local teams and businesses, and to ensure talent acquisition drives value and results
  • Contribute to build improved metrics and KPI’s to ensure high-performing TA operations
  • Participate in various “cross-functional” development projects connected to domains such as talent attraction, in-bound recruitment, and candidate experience etc.

 

The location of the position is preferably Tallinn, Estonia and we have hybrid working model in place.

 

Your experience

To achieve these goals: 

  • You have a suitable degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition in an international / regional or global level
  • You should have experience as a recruiter, but you have also recently contributed to recruitment process & concept, ATS/recruitment platform, candidate/manager experience, and/or other TA development activities as part of your role
  • You are able to connect business priorities to actionable initiatives and activities that creates clear value to the organisation and the candidates & employees
  • You are tech savvy and proven capable to working on process/system development topics, while having multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • You are passionate about your work, and you are having a strong customer-orientated & growth/development mindset in your ways of working – while having desire to always learn more
  • You are self-starter and have ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills are required, as working language is fully English.
