HR Service Center administrator is part of a centralised team delivering HR Shared services at Konecranes to our employees and HR colleagues. You will report to the HR Service Center Hub Lead.

 

You Will:

  • Provide HR system and process support on different inquiries with high customer orientation and service attitude through our ticketing tool, chat and other channels.
  • Maintain employment data following agreed HR processes, such as hires, internal transfers, terminations, onboarding, exit surveys and creating performance management documents in our Human Resources Information System SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Administer training processes and register trainings in our Learning management system.
  • Contribute in knowledge base maintenance.
  • Create reports related to exits, trainings, performance management.
  • Work in shifts to cover different time zones (for example: Mon-Fri in morning or evening shift).
  • You may also work on some individual projects.

 

You Have:

Excellent collaboration skills are crucial as this role is much about co-operating with our employees, HR colleagues and team members. Your customer service attitude and approach will help you to handle different HR related support activities.

  • 2+ years experience in HR, Customer Services or Backoffice.
  • Interest in working with systems, tools and excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
  • Goal-orientation and a high degree of integrity.
  • Proficiency in English in writing and speaking.
  • Education in HR field is an advantage.
