In order to strengthen our team in Timisoara area, we are looking for an administration specialist to join our existing successful field service team as:
 
Crane service office administrator

The following skills are required of the applicant:
•    accurate working style
•    economical education
•    safe handling of MS Office-systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•    ability and willingness to learn and work independently
•    fluent language knowledge in Romanian and English written and verbal
•    knowledge of Navision is a plus
•    on top you convince by our open minded, friendly and communicative characteristic as well as with your engagement and your reliability

 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Administration of crane service  maintenance contract base
  • Handling and processing customer orders
  • Administrating orders in our IT-order-handling system
  • Order book management
  • Invoicing
  • Processing of supplier invoices
  • Administrating time sheets  and travelling reports
  • Handling of travel expense reports
  • Support for preparing monthly business reports
  • other regular administrative tasks as required
