Due to the dynamic development, we are looking for a candidate for a newly created position of HR ADMINISTRATOR

Requirements:

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position would be a big asset.
  • Aesthetic sense, attention to detail, initiative and proactiveness in activities.
  • "Can do" attitude and readiness to learn.
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Polish languages, any other language knowledge welcome.

 

Scope of responsibilities:

 

Some of the primary responsibilities a human resources administrator has to oversee are as follows:

 

  • Organize and maintain personnel records, enter new data, and update previous employee data in internal HR databases.
  • Review, revise, and update company policies.
  • Prepare various HR documents, including new hire guides, employment contracts, etc.
  • Support HR manager with recruitment processes and other HR related activities, such as e.g. onboarding of new recruits.
  • Be the first point of contact with external partners of employee non-monetary benefits.
  • Answer any employee queries about people or HR-related issues, and help them resolve them internally, if possible.
  • Support HR manager with payroll process, by providing external payroll vendor with up-to-date information on all employees, including sick leaves, leaves of absence, overtime hours, work schedules, and more.
  • Take an active part in company HR projects and initiatives.
  • Cooperate with HRSC Team located in Tallin in relation to data processing and accuracy maintenance in the system.
  • Support HR manager with EB actions.
