District Manager

Job purpose: 

Drive and achieve aggressive profitable growth for specified territory.
Provide leadership of branch teams and direct all branch activities with primary focus on safety, people development, sales growth, profitability growth, recruitment, competency development, customer satisfaction and the systematic and consistent implementation and delivery of “Lifecycle Care in real time” in the designated territory. Take full responsibility for P/L of his district. Work cooperatively with BA Equipment to support cross promotion and lead generation. 




  • Sales Management

Leading and directing sales activities and resources including, but not limited to, funnel management, weekly coaching sessions, sales man benchmarking, resource development, recruitment, leading business development activities and Key Account participation.

  • Financial Management

Leading and directing 12 period rolling forecast from Branch level and SP`s up to District reporting, close cooperation with BU controller.

  • Operations Management (District level)

Leading and directing all field activities and resources including, but not limited to, safety, operations and sales support management, vehicle and equipment management, employee development and recruitment, and job execution.

  • Branch Management

Supervising all Branch activities including, but not limited to, safety, people, customers, growth and profitability.

  • Service Management

Supervising all Branch operations including, but not limited to, safety, field operative productivity, customer satisfaction, quoting / estimating,

  • Service Products

Leading and directing full implementation of 1KC Service products, development and implementation of new local products.



  • Track record in accelerating growth and exploiting the potential that a market has to offer.
  • Be able to drive sales and profitable growth through innovative sales campaigns.
  • Degree in higher technical school or comparable education, excellent product knowledge.
  • Economical Understanding.
  • Fluent English language.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Determined, with a high level of initiative and energy.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to build working relationships with business users and colleagues.
  • Team player.
