Sales Manager-CTO

主要工作职责:

•为指定市场制定市场/业务计划和销售策略,确保公司销售目标的实现和盈利;
•管理区域销售团队的日常活动,以实施组织在指定区域的整体销售战略;
•制定个人行动计划,有效搜索销售线索和潜在客户;
•发起并协调行动计划,以打入新市场;
•根据需要协助市场计划的制定和实施;
及时向高级管理层提供绩效反馈;
保持所有价格、销售和活动报告的准确记录;
•创建并执行提案、投标和报价演示;
•控制费用以满足预算指导;
遵守公司所有的政策、程序和商业道德规范;
发展和维护客户关系,识别客户需求,确保提供优质服务;
•负责合同谈判,跟进发货及回款;
•就公司产品和服务的技术方面对销售工程师进行培训;市场推广和促销活动;以及帮助他们实现销售目标的销售技术、程序和标准;
管理一个销售团队。
•管理大客户业务,保持稳定的销售增长。
开拓新行业的销售业务。
•主管分配的其他职责。
技能和知识:
本科学历,工程类相关专业优先;
5年左右的直销经验,特别是开发新客户和行业的经验; 
•强大的商业智慧;
较强的协作和沟通能力
•熟练使用MS office办公软件(word、excel、PPT);
良好的英语听说读写能力

Key Activies:

• Develops market / business plans and sales strategy for designated market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability;
• Manage the day-to-day activities of a regional sales force in order to implement the organisation’s overall sales strategy for an assigned region;
• Prepares action plans by individuals for effective search of sales leads and prospects;
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets;
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed;
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance;
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports;
• Creates and conducts proposals, tenders and quotations presentations;
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines;
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes;
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and identify customer needs ensuring provision of excellent service;
• In charge of contract negotiation and follow up the delivery and payment collection;
• Coach sales engineers on the technical aspects of the organisation’s products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets;
• Manager a sales team.
• Manage key account business, keep a stable sales growth.
• Exploit sales business in new industry.
• Other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

           Skills & Knowledge:

  • Bachelor degree, major in engineering related is a plus;
  • About 5 years direct sales experience, especially experience in exploiting new customers and industries;  
  • Strong commercial acumen;
  • Strong collaboration & communication skills
  • Solid MS office skills (word, excel, PPT);
  • Good English skills in both oral and written
