  • Assist the service supervisor in the daily field and workshop service in order to complete a service request.
  • To communicate with the customer on his request for service report at a timely manner to customer and company after service is rendered.
  • Responsible for the tools and safety equipment issued.
  • Always observe and implement safety procedures so as to comply with the company EHS policy.
  • Report accurate productivity hours and travel hours and distances.
  • Attend service and safety training periodically as scheduled in order to improve service required knowledge.
  • To carry out any other relevant duties as directed by the immediate superior.
