  • Perform assigned field service jobs and/or according to maintenance schedule in a timely manner and submit complete documentation to Service Engineer to ensure fulfilment of daily service tasks to customers' satisfaction and in meeting department's sales targets.
  • Complete and submit service reports timely to department's coordinator for capturing of man hours and travelling hours into SAP for analysis as and when required.
  • Conduct testing and equipment failure analysis on customers' equipment in order to improve and stablize equipment performance during service tasks assigned.  This includes making recommendations for parts whenever necessary.
