Regional Procurement Manager (SEAP)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Procurement Manager to lead our procurement efforts across the SEAP region. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in strategic procurement, supplier relationship management, and sourcing within the APAC market. As the Regional Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing procurement strategies, cultivating supplier partnerships, and driving cost-saving initiatives tailored to the region. This role requires exceptional leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills to effectively achieve our procurement objectives.
 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and execute procurement strategies for the SEAP region.
•    Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and negotiations.
•    Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals.
•    Optimize sourcing for cost efficiency and quality.
•    Monitor procurement spend and implement cost-saving measures.
•    Mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
•    Collaborate closely with global and BA procurement teams, as well as internal stakeholders in SEAP countries.
•    Enhance procurement processes and tools for efficiency.
•    Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
 

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA is a plus.
•    5+ years' procurement experience, 3+ years in leadership.
•    Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•    Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
•    Familiarity with SEAP markets and cultures preferred.
•    Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the APAC region.

Location: Any country in SEAP region, preferably in Malaysia
