The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the Service Sales business of the Industrial Service in Malaysia. To achieve profitable growth in service sales products by a team of service sales personal while delivering our customers the best experience possible.



  • Develops market / business plans and sales strategy for designated market that ensures attainment of company service sales goals and profitability;
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of a service sales team in order to implement the organization’s overall sales strategy for Malaysia region;
  • Prepares action plans for individual service sales personal for effective search of sales leads and prospects;
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets;
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed;
  • Provides timely feedback to National Sales Manager regarding performance;
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports;
  • Creates and conducts proposals, tenders and quotations presentations;
  • Controls & Approves expenses to meet budget guidelines;
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes;
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships and identify customer needs ensuring provision of excellent service;
  • In charge of contract negotiation and follow up the delivery and payment collection;
  • Coach service sales personal on the technical aspects of the organisation’s products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets;
  • Responsible for large sales prospect and leads.


  • Bachelor degree, major in engineering related is a plus;
  • About 5 years sales working experience in Industry Company with 2-3 years working experiences in similar managerial position.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Aggressive and can work well under pressure.
  • Strong business monitoring skills
