About the Role:

Perform field service jobs as assigned and ensure that job execution results in customer satisfaction and in compliance with all safety standards reporting to the Service Manager. We recognise that people come from diverse backgrounds and skills and welcome all to apply.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned field service jobs and according to maintenance schedule promptly and submit complete documentation to Service Engineer to ensure fulfilment of daily service tasks to customers' satisfaction and in meeting department's sales targets.
• Complete and submit service reports timely to department's coordinator for capturing of man hours and travelling hours into SLIM for analysis.
• Conduct testing and equipment failure analysis on customers' equipment to improve and stabilise equipment performance during service tasks assigned. This includes making recommendations for parts whenever necessary.
• Maintain allocated service tools and all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) issued in accordance to required EHS standards and company policies.
• Maintain the upkeep of service facilities and service vehicles according to 5S standards and recommend repair and servicing.
• Participate in periodic service and safety training as scheduled to ensure constant update of product knowledge and to meet industry's EHS statutory requirements in carrying out related field activities.
• Perform field activities according to EHS procedures and standards to achieve required safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical with completion of apprenticeship
• 2 or more years of relevant experience in similar industries
