Customer Engagement and Services is an IT unit responsible for management and development of IT applications and solutions we are using when interacting with our customers – either our employees using when interacting with our customers or our customers directly using the services.  

We are looking for Sales and Service Delivery Architect to join us:  

As an Architect, you have essential role to manage our enterprise architecture in the field of Sales processes and Service Delivery processes. You are working closely with business stakeholders, like global process owners, and driving our IT landscape to meet the today’s expectations and future requirements. You are actively seeking new technology opportunities as well as having a good realistic view to prepare proposals how to get things applied and implemented to Konecranes environment.  

As part of Konecranes, you will thrive in an agile scrum mode work environment and take on the role of a Tribe Architect within our Sales and Service Delivery Tribe. In partnership with the Tribe lead, you will guide the vision and architectural alignment within and across tribes, as well as mentor Product Owners in preparing actionable roadmaps. Your strategic use of global data assets will play a key role in maximising business value. 

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the charge in incorporating AI and low-code/no-code solutions into our processes. You will leverage our architectural principles and utilize composable architecture to ensure our enterprise architecture evolves efficiently. As a member of both the Customer Engagement and Services management team and the Enterprise Architecture management team, you will play an integral part in shaping the future of Konecranes. 

Your responsibilities:   

• Enterprise architect for Sales process area 

• Enterprise architect for Service Delivery process area 

• Enterprise Architecture alignment – across the process areas, tribes and teams/solutions 

• Tribe Architect role in Sales and Service Delivery Tribe 

• To secure consistent architecture in these areas – leading to the executable roadmap proposals 

• To transform needs and requirements to executable solution proposals 

• To show how new technologies can be applied and implemented to our landscape 

• To drive agreed architectural principles to our operations 

To succeed in the role, you have:   

• Solid understanding about architectural frameworks and methodologies 

• Experience/understanding how data can be transformed to information which can be used to new business opportunities and decision making 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills 

• CRM and Field Service solutions experience is an advantage 

• Agile way of working experience is an advantage (portfolio management, scaling agile; SaFe or Spotify model/Tribe)
