HR Service Center administrator is part of a centralised team delivering HR Shared services at Konecranes to our employees and HR colleagues. You will report to the Team Lead, Learning & Development. This postion is for 1 year fixed term contract.

 

You Will:

 

  • Providing full functional and process support in the Learning & Development domain – including Learning & Career development, and Talent Administration / HRIS (Success Factor) globally within the HR Shared Services team.
  • Supporting HRs, employees and managers on Learning & Development related inquiries with high customer orientation and service attitude through our ServiceNow ticketing tool
  • Administer training processes and register trainings in our Learning management system.
  • Maintaining and monitoring data quality in HRIS, coordinating and executing changes and transactions, and facilitating mass data uploads.
  • Create performance management documents in our Human Resources Information System SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Will be working with Learning & Development activities together with colleagues. You work closely in various groups – such as HR colleagues, employees, managers, vendors.
  • Contribute in knowledge base maintenance.
  • You may also work on some individual projects.
  • Substituting team members if needed.
  • Other work-related duties may be assigned by management.
  • Follow the requirements of the GDPR regulation tasks in daily work.

 

You Have:

 

Excellent collaboration skills are crucial as this role is much about co-operating with our employees, HR colleagues and team members. Your customer service attitude and approach will help you to handle different HR related support activities.

 

  • 2+ years experience in HR, Customer Services or Backoffice.
  • Previous experience in Learning & Development processes (preferably learning, performance & development), and also working with SuccessFactors (HRIS)
  • 1-2 years of experience in Learning Managemnt System (LMS)
  • Good knowledge and understanding of HR processes.
  • Result driven team player with good execution skills.
  • Business and customer oriented working attitude and excellent communication and interaction skills
  • Accurate; detail- and deadline-oriented - ability to work with strict deadlines.
  • Good computer and technical skills and an ability and willingness to learn more.
  • Experience with Articulate Platform is seen as an advantage.
  • Goal-orientation and a high degree of integrity.
  • Proficiency in English in writing and speaking.
  • Education in HR field is an advantage.
