Project Co-Ordinator

As a Project Coordinator, one will play a crucial role in overseeing project timelines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring the successful completion of all project deliverables. As we specialize in the Sales Configurator Tool, one will also be responsible for the product development and testing & support activities of our Sales Configurator Tool.

 

Your key responsibilities:

 

  • Project Management: Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and execution, including knowledge of tools like Gantt charts, Agile methodologies, and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Capable of managing relationships with clients based globally (Europe, Asia, UK), vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Collaboration: Capability to work well in a team environment, delegate responsibilities, and facilitate cooperation among team members
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies relevant to the specific field to assist in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Time Management: Efficiently managing time and resources to ensure tasks are completed within the specified timeframe.
  • Technical Understanding: A good grasp of engineering principles relevant to the project domain to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to changes in project scope, requirements, or technology to ensure project success
  • Communication and Presentation skills: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders. One should be well versed in English language for communicating with Foreign stakeholders and must have an ability to understand or follow foreign accents whenever necessary.
  • Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

What should you bring?

 

We expect a candidate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Software, or equivalent with 8-10 years of experience.

 

  • Proven experience in project coordination or project management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • PMP certification / Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt will be an added advantage
  • Should have hands-on knowledge on Programming skills, .Net environment, and preferably Visual Basic.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, BI, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance practices.
  • Conceptual thinking and prioritizing ability
