We have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a talented Senior Java Software Engineer to join us and make a real impact.

At our company, we've developed TEAMS, a revolutionary software product that supports state-of-the-art container terminals in automated container transport. As a Java Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on this ground-breaking application and become an expert in the field through our comprehensive training program.

TEAMS is built using Java and a range of powerful technologies like Spring Boot, Kafka, Camunda and Liquibase. The front-end utilizes JavaScript frameworks such as node.js and vue.js. What sets our product apart is its ability to adapt to the unique requirements of each customer. No two terminals are the same, and our configurable approach ensures a tailor-made solution for each client.

With high demands from our discerning customers for stability, scalability, performance, and security, we need your analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and creative thinking to help us meet and exceed these expectations.

As a Java Senior Software Engineer, you should possess:

• Demonstrable work experience in Java software development
• A passion for writing maintainable software
• Interest in Front-End development
• Experience in Software Architecture
• Knowledge or exposure to Agile development methodologies
• Desirable experience with IntelliJ, GitLab, and Maven
• Experience with Oracle and MSSQL databases
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic scrum team environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in challenging projects for our diverse international customers after completing a training period
• Mastering the art of effectively commanding equipment, ensuring the efficient navigation of a fleet of robotic vehicles from point A to point B, with safety as the utmost priority
• Developing a deep understanding of the product's functionality and technical specifications
• Configuring our product uniquely for each customer, guaranteeing a tailored fit
• Engaging in both independent work and collaborative efforts within a vibrant scrum team.
