As a Regional Sales Manager NEA, you will be part of our Lift Trucks organization, and you are responsible for “Developing and strengthening Konecranes Lifttrucks sales activities in your assigned territory to ensure long term business growth. Establishing and maintaining relationships with distributors, existing and potential customers. Managing and supervising the Lingang spare parts warehouse.”


Your key responsibilities主要职责:

  • Be responsible for all sales business activities of Konecranes Lift Trucks in your assigned territory; China, South Korea, Vietnam & Japan – from initial sales contract to final delivery;

                      负责指定区域内科尼叉车的所有销售业务活动;中国、韩国、越南和日本-从最初的销售合同到最终交付;

  • Secure long-term business opportunities within your assigned territory; establish and maintain relationships with distributors, existing and potential customers;

  • Be responsible for distributor management throughout the territory, including preparing forecast and managing sales and financial reporting routines;

  • Be active in developing the wider Lift Trucks strategy for the assigned territory -China, South Korea, Vietnam & Japan; implementing action plans together with regional management and Lift Trucks business unit;

  • Negotiate dealer/distributor agreements and manage price negotiations based on directives from Head of APAC, BU Lift Trucks;

  • Feedback to Quality and R&D to improve and develop product quality;

  • Lead, motivate and manage the sales team within the assigned territory; co-operate closely with Port Solutions and other Business Units within the Territory;

  • Manage spare parts warehouse in Lingang to ensure continuous business growth;

What should you bring? 任职要求

  • Proven experience from Sales and distributor management in an international B2B setting

                     具有丰富的国际B2B销售和分销商管理经验

  • Proven working experience in a reputable multinational company, ports mechanic or heavy industry is a plus

                     有在知名跨国公司,港口机械或重工业工作经验者优先

  • More than 5 years similar experience in sales management function, warehouse or spare parts management is a plus

                     5年以上销售管理经验,仓库或备件管理经验优先

  • Strong business acumen with good business achievements in past working experience, preferrable in Asia

                     敏锐的商业头脑,在过去的工作经验中有良好的商业业绩,有亚洲工作经验者优先

  • Focus on details, strong willingness to facing challenge and contribute to customer success
