Job Title: Trade School Partnership Coordinator

Job Overview: As a Trade School Partnership Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to develop, establish and maintain strong connections between our organization and trade/technical schools, vocational institutions, and other relevant educational partners. Your role involves developing and implementing outreach strategies to promote collaboration, raise awareness of our programs, and attract qualified students and alumni to pursue opportunities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership Development:
    • Identify and build partnerships with trade/technical schools, vocational institutions, and other educational organizations to enhance our outreach efforts.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, faculty, and career services personnel.
  2. Program Promotion:
    • Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote our organization's programs within technical schools.
    • Organize workshops, seminars, and informational sessions to showcase the benefits of our programs and opportunities available for students.
  3. Recruitment Events:
    • Plan and coordinate recruitment events, such as career fairs, open houses, and campus visits, to engage with prospective students.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for participants.
  4. Networking:
    • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and relevant events to expand our network within the technical education community.
    • Act as a representative of our organization, fostering relationships with educators, students, and industry professionals.
  5. Collaboration with Marketing:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content, tailored to the technical school audience.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze the effectiveness of outreach initiatives using metrics such as student enrollment, event attendance, and feedback.
    • Generate regular reports to assess the success of outreach efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  7. Advisory Support:
    • Provide guidance to students regarding our organization's programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities.
    • Serve as a resource for career advisors and faculty members to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to students.
  8. Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies governing educational partnerships and outreach activities.
    • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, partnerships, and communication with educational institutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, communications, marketing).
  • Proven experience in educational outreach, preferably within the technical or vocational education sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of educational trends, industry needs, and the ability to align outreach efforts accordingly.
