In order to strengthen our team in Athens area, we are looking for an administration specialist to join our existing successful field service team as:

The following skills are required of the applicant:

•  Accurate working style

•  Economical education

•  Safe handling of MS Office-systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)

•  Ability and willingness to learn and work independently

•  Fluent language knowledge in Greek and English written and verbal

•  Knowledge of Navision is a plus

•  On top you convince by our open minded, friendly and communicative characteristic as well as with your engagement and your reliability

Responsibilities:

•  Agreement and asset creation and/or review

•  Purchase order receiving

•  Order book management

•  Invoicing and A/R collections

•  Month end closing

•  Base reconciliation

•  Financial report running

•  Expense processing

•  Initiate customer master data setup

•  other administrative tasks as required
