Are you ready for your next challenge? We are looking for an Accountant for our business unit located in Atizapán de Zaragoza who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and instructions associated with the internal controls defined by the operation under his responsibility.

The main responsibilities of the position are:

• Assist in all aspects of Month End Closing process
• Financial Reporting - prepare journal entries
• Expense review and analysis
• Account Reconciliations
• Prepare, Analyze, and Distribute Ad-Hoc Analysis reports to include:
• Multi-Dimensional Cost Analysis
• Bi-Monthly Open Orders Analysis
• Monthly Customer Profitability Analysis
• Daily Invoicing Reports
• Weekly Rush Reports
• Invoice Ready Service Request Reports
• Assist and/or Conduct Internal Audits
• Support in Accounts Receivable efforts as needed
• Become proficient with Hyperion, SmartView, Siebel, and SAP
• Other duties as assigned

You will be a successful applicant with the following skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• The position will require excellent administration and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize. Very good interpersonal skills, open-minded, eager to learn, and self-motivated.
• Strong computer skills required (MS Office)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting areas, mid-level leadership roles is a plus
• Experience in multinational companies
• Advanced English
• Ethical behavior and integrity
• Think in terms of wins and losses.
• Anticipate and respond to internal and external customer needs.
• Assume responsibility and have self-management
