We want to expand our team with good professionals, and we are looking for a customer service admin to join Konecranes family. This position is within the Port Service business area, working closely with the project team to provide essential administrative support for our business. You will carry out several administrative functions, strongly linked in the spare parts supply chain, including the ordering process, project scheduling, reporting, customer support, negotiation with suppliers, among others. 

Their main responsibilities will include: 


  • Several administrative tasks 
  • Support with the spare parts supply process
  • Order Processing 
  • Project scheduling 
  • Creating reports 
  • Customer Support 
  • Negotiation with suppliers 

What we look for in you: 


  • Experience in logistics or supply chain 
  • Technical studies: engineering or FPII. 
  • High level of English, and very valuable French 
  • Advanced level of MS Office 
  • Residence in Valencia or nearby 
  • Experience in secretarial, office or project administration 
  • Availability to travel occasionally 
  • ERP (SAP): User Experience - (sales and distribution). 


Positively valued: 

  • Experience in sales force. 
  • Experience in administrative tasks in service and/or industrial environments 
  • Experience in spare parts trading 
  • Experience in international travel
