Come join a world-leading team at Konecranes and let your recruiting talents shine!  We are looking for a highly skilled and confident Recruiter that will put their best efforts into sourcing quality candidates to join the Konecranes team.  In this position, you will be responsible for helping our company grow by locating qualified candidates to fill our open positions.  As well as building a solid internal and external talent network, conducting interviews, scheduling interviews for hiring managers, and managing the full recruiting cycle of candidates.  Multitasking skills are a must, as you will have many different tasks on your desk at once.  As a recruiter with Konecranes, you will be responsible for building our team and helping us find the best talent for all areas of our business.  

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead recruiting efforts respective to your assigned business areas.
  • Source talent and maintain an active presence in the development of your candidate pipeline. 
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for twenty or more positions on a daily basis
  • Identify unique and non-traditional sourcing avenues for finding candidates.
  • Develop leading-edge methods to attract strategic and diverse talent. 
  • Build and maintain talent network of potential candidates through proactive marketing and on-going relationship management. 
  • Interact with internal and external recruiting teams to fill niche skilled positions. 
  • Responsible for diversity goals and meeting diversity hiring initiatives. 
  • Conduct interviews with potential candidates to determine eligibility for employment. 
  • Participate in and lead special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessments, interviewing techniques, internal transitioning plans, software upgrades and marketing activities.
  • Represent company at recruiting events, career fairs, trade shows, business expos etc.
  • Track and manage recruiting reports, participate in meetings, present ideas, and help align strategies.
  • Other duties may be assigned by management.
