Data Analyst

We are recruiting a Data Analyst to work within Konecranes' EMEA Industrial Service Commercial Excellence Team. You will turn our data into tangible and value-adding information to support others with gaining insights and making informed decisions to improve our performance.

Reporting to the Inside Sales Director, you will be focused on the systematic design, continuous improvement and delivery of data analytics to team members - using Konecranes' primary data sources supplemented by secondary sources of information.

 

To be based in the UK, flexible location home/office or hybrid working, we recommend being within a commuting distance of any one of our Konecranes offices in the UK to enjoy our team spirit! 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Systematically use data analytics tools to develop and provide routine reports and communications to support wider teams with ongoing commercial, and occasionally operational, excellence plans.
  • Design, produce and distribute information on time to facilitate achievement of ongoing plans.
  • Challenge and seek continuous improvements with the format and speed of analytics provided - to help team members make speedier and more informed decisions.
  • Active involvement in internal meetings and reference groups applicable to the role.

You Have: 

  • Data Analysis experience
  • Mathematical/Technically qualified
  • Excel (can perform complex functions) competent - intermediate level as a minimum
  • Experience using Power BI and PowerPoint
  • Experience extracting data into meaningful reports
