Site Logistic Coordinator Ports

Due to the dynamic development, we are looking for  Site Logistic Coordinator.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in goods receiving or logistic coordination
  • well organised person with pro-structured working attitude
  • basic technical orientation, both in electrical and mechanical field
  • communication skills, ability to work as a part of a team and pro-active attitude
  • English - minimum B2 level, both spoken and written with basic technical vocabulary
  • MS Excel & supporting apps
  • forklift TDT/UDT licence would be appreciated

 

Scope of responsibilities:

Site Logistic Coordinator would be involved in local goods receiving & control process within Ports Supply organization, performing on-site work with main duties as listed below:

  • follow up of all shipments to and from site
  • goods receiving control on site
  • supervision of subcontractor’s storekeeper
  • acting as main contact for project logistics; follow up on deliveries schedule
  • coordination of missing & spare parts
  • record & coordination of parts borrowed between projects
  • reporting delivery nonconformities
  • support in local purchases of installation materials
