Konecranes Information Technology organization develops innovative IT services that help to transform data into knowledge. IT provides services to enable secure, reliable and productive operations around the clock. The service portfolio is wide ranging from IT services provided to enable Konecranes business processes, all the way to the business intelligence and analytics identifying new business opportunities.

 

In Konecranes IT, Corporate Functions Cluster, we are responsible for developing and delivering IT solutions that support finance, people and management processes.

To strengthen our team, we are now seeking to hire a Concept Owner, FICO Reporting who will drive activities needed to ensure that process and solutions meet finance function’s reporting needs as well as are able to adapt quickly and effectively to changes.

 

In this role your key responsibilities include:
• translating business requirements into information system specifications
• contributing to the development of processes by providing information regarding solution possibilities and restrictions
• owning and managing system specification documentation
• system development including testing and exploring configuration possibilities
• communicating, training and providing needed support to foster successful change management
• solving production incidents in co-operation with application management support teams

 

What should you bring
To be successful in this role, you have a degree in Finance, Computer Science or equivalent, and several years' experience with different reporting tools (SAP, QlikView, Power BI, Data Warehouse). Knowledge of SAP FICO is highly desirable. It’s also crucial that you have good negotiation skills and collaboration skills and you can facilitate discussions targeting at finding a common solution.
The role requires fluency in English as well as an active and independent approach to work and capacity to work under pressure. We also expect you to be highly motivated team player and to have experience in working in global projects and in virtual, global teams with diverse backgrounds.
