We are seeking to hire Customer Service Representative who is motivated to operate in an international environment and collaborate closely with external and internal stakeholders. As our Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for order handling (SAP) and communicating effectively with our frontlines and customers all across the globe. In this role you will also provide delivery punctuality follow ups and vendor punctuality follow ups, as well as related internal reporting to the management.

What should you bring
For this role we are looking for a person who has excellent social and communication skills. To succeed, you also need to be a genuine team player with can-do attitude and customer service mindset.
In addition, we expect that you have commercial or technical educational background (preferably Bachelor’s degree) and you are a confident user of MS Office (especially Excel). It’s also important that you have previous experience of working with SAP or other ERP system. Experience particularly from sales order handling is highly beneficial. Fluency in both Finnish and English is a must as these are our everyday working languages.
