We are looking for a HR Manager France and Morocco to join our People & Culture team  

  

In the EMEA region, our HR team is focused on providing smooth HR services for all people, managers and employees within the region EMEA. We also work on managing the relationship with employee representatives and unions in a cooperative and constructive manner. Our goal is to provide local support for implementation of strategic business plans and to drive the People Strategy in the countries. We utilize Konecranes global people practices and digital processes while also developing local people programs and practices. Our operational excellence builds on strong understanding of the cultural, regulatory and business aspects of Konecranes. 

  

In France, our team is responsible for providing HR services for Konecranes Business Areas and Functions in France and Morocco, around 380 employees. In this role, you will work on building and developing the local HR operations and ensure an exceptional employee experience. You will also engage closely with various business leaders and employee representatives, driving change within the organisation and the HR function. our key stakeholders will include the largest business/function leads in the country, employee representatives, and your professional HR team. Collaboration with BA/BU/Function HRs, Global HR Shared Services, and other HR teams within the cluster is essential to present a one HR team.   

  

Your role 

  • Develop and deliver the people agenda from global and business specific People Strategy to France and Morocco  

  • Act as a partner and ensure a consistent approach to people-related matters with the central business leads and Managing Directors in the area 

  • Lead your team with genuine and inclusive leadership, serving as an open coach and mentor to support their growth and the business's development  

  • Ensure that varying HR services throughout the employee lifecycle are provided high level of quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness  

  • Support and lead all people related programs within the countries, helping to foster success and our winning culture   

  • Change management, also in own operations 

  • Utilize metrics and KPIs to provide data and insights to enhance operations 

  • Ensure operational and regulatory compliance of the HR services and people operations, plus expertise for the culture and language cluster 

  • As a member of the cluster HR leadership team, contribute to fostering a shared vision and a common sense of purpose across the team to deliver harmonised HR services within the cluster.

Your capabilities and experience to succeed: 

  • At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Generalist  

  • A hands-on, inclusive, and inspiring people leader committed to continuous improvement and the development of organizational capabilities and the HR team  

  • Proven experience in managing and influencing direct reports and working within an international organization with exposure to matrix and factory environments   

  • Demonstrated skills in influential people and change leadership within an international context  

  • Successful track record in collaborating with strong employee representatives  

  • Strong advocate for digitalization and continuous improvement of business and HR operations using available company tools  

  • Capable of working under pressure and dealing with ambiguity – with a mature and resilient personality  

  • Sound understanding of the regulatory environment in the employment field within France and Maroc  

  • Minimum of a Master’s degree from an applicable area, ideally related to human resources management, legal or equivalent  

  • Fluent in spoken and written French and English  

  

This position is located within France and on need travel inside France and occasionally in EMEA is required. You will report to EMEA HR head.
