Our Digital Services team is now looking for a Consultant to join our group of IoT Application Maintenance Support specialists.  Digital Services AMS Consultant is someone who will work together with software development team and business stakeholders to support Konecranes Digital Services, which will enable our end customers to run their operations safely, environmentally friendly and with high productivity, helping them keep our machines running with high uptime and availability. We will train you to be able to take responsibility in making sure our services and operations run smoothly.

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Providing support for our external as well as internal customers on crane and lifting equipment web portals, mobile applications, and remote connections.
  • Administration, troubleshooting support cases reported by digital service users
  • Handle incidents, service requests and cases reported in ServiceNow
  • Responsible for major incident management and problem management
  • Creation of knowledge articles based on issue troubleshooting
  • Coordination with other application support teams, development teams, business stakeholders and customers
  • Ensure the KPIs like SLA, TAT, Ageing, Quality Audits, Problem management, Bug reporting etc. are met

Our Digital solutions include a multitude of web and mobile applications all built on latest software engineering solutions and address the key needs of our customers and businesses.

What you should bring:
To succeed in this position, you are expected to have:

  • Experience with web portals, mobile application and system integration troubleshooting
  • Knowledge about ITIL and ITSM tool(s)
  • Basic understanding of database & queries
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service attitude / Customer centric communication approach
  • Good communication skills (English) – Verbal, Written
  • Computer networking and/or system testing skills
  • Suitable education or degree (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Information Technology)
  • 1-2 Years in relevant field (IT Operations and Support)
  • Willingness to learn

 

 

If you also have some of the following skills or expertise in your pocket and you could bring some extra value to the team with them, please let us know what experience you have with:

  • Industrial internet and IoT connectivity know-how
  • Understanding about Agile methodology / DevOps
  • Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards 
  • Basic understanding of SAP Hybris/AWS Technologies/ Siebel
  • Basic understanding of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
