Key expectations:

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in RPA Development, primarily UI path.
  • Have sound understanding of Development, SIT, UAT and Deployment phases covering the entire Application Development Life Cycle
  • Assessing functional and technical feasibility of new processes that need to be automated
  • Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail in (PDD). Converting requirements to automation-specific design and solutions documents (SDD)
  • Developing new RPA solutions and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
  • Designing automation solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles   
  • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
  • Supporting the Operations Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
  • Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
  • Experience in coordinating with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow using UI Path.
  • Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Extensive development experience with SAP Automation, Browser Automation, Windows Automation, Surface Automation , Mainframe, MAPIEx, MS Excel VBO, Web Services.
  • Development experience in VB / C#.NET & knowledge of HTML, SQL ,VBO.
  • Knowledge of OCR Technology, UI Path developer or professional certification is added advantage
  • Awareness about ISO 14001, 45001 requirements


What we expect from you: B.Tech/B.E./ MCA./MSC

  • Previous experience of development and support on RPA tool (UI Path tool) is preferred
  • Comprehensive and evident understanding of Microsoft Technology (C#, VB.NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services)
  • Willingness and ability to use their existing RPA knowledge to rapidly learn how to develop automations using UI Path.
  • Good Analytical and Problem-solving techniques with innovative ideas.
  • Good English communication skills and able to handle up quickly the multicultural environment
  • Good troubleshooting, and risk assessment skills
  • Independent, and ability to work with minimal supervision
