Are you a tech-savvy, customer-focused HR and automation enthusiast who would like to be part of a growing team and to contribute in the delivery of high-quality Global HR Services within Konecranes? We have an interesting opportunity for you!

We are looking for a Process Development Specialist to our HR Shared Services Development team. You will mainly be working with our HR Service management system ServiceNow, O365 tools (incl PowerApp and PowerAutomate) and issue/idea management tool Jira. You will be supporting the optimization and improvement of HR Shared Services and work with a truly global network of colleagues from different countries. Your role will combine hands on automation building, stakeholder communication and project management. Your future immediate team is small and very supportive, focusing on developing and implementing technical solutions, lean methodologies and automation to improve processes, workflows and ways of working.

Your key responsibilities:

• Building simpler automations using O365 PowerAutomate (mainly MS Forms and Flow).
• Providing user support for HR Shared Services in ServiceNow and Jira. 
• Identifying process improvement and automation opportunities and proposing further development activities. 
• Supporting HRSS backlog management in Jira.
• Working with different teams and stakeholders on successful deployment of developments - mapping requirements, providing guidance, driving the testing, communication coordination. 
• Maintaining documentation and training relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Promoting, developing concept and working according to Lean-Agile methodology. 

What should you bring?

• Previous experience with PowerApp, PowerAutomate (MS Forms and Flow). 
• Strong technical mindset coupled with good overall understanding of HR processes & employee lifecycle services in a global environment.
• Proactive and self-driven work approach with the willingness to continuously improve our processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel. ServiceNow and Jira experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean Methodologies and practices. 
• Proficiency in English. 
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. 
• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR is preferred.
