Port Solutions Electrics (PS Technology Engineering Support)

We are looking for Software developer Programmer - Automation, with a focus on hardware-related high-level language programming (Visual Basic .NET) to support us, in area of the HMI system.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree holder in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science Engineering from reputed university.   

Experience

Sound knowledge of Visual Basic or C#, Windows.NET Framework, SQL with Min. 3 to 5 years of Programmer / Developer experience, preferably in field of Automation.

Your key responsibilities:

• Development, maintenance and implementation of new functions for the existing HMI system
• Development of upgrades for old systems
• Support for production, service, sales and training departments
• Remote support on cranes worldwide
• Programming using Visual Studio (Visual Basic)
• Further development and expansion of our digital services via cloud-based customer portals
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

What should you bring?  

• Good English Communication
• Expert in Visual Basic or C#, Windows.NET Framework, SQL.
• Basic knowledge in Sematic Manager S7 PLC programming (FBD, IL, SCL) preferred.
• Sound knowledge of basics of Engineering.
• Ability to work in team.
• Experience in Automation, HMIs is preferable.
