Job Description: 


We are recruiting a Offer Support specialist in Distribution Center - Konecranes India Industrial Service division to support the growth of our spare parts business.                                                                                                                

In this position you will be responsible for researching parts pricing; both with internal resources and external vendors. An individual in this position will need to be an effective communicator, team player, and someone work cross-functionally with business units across the Konecranes’ organization.

The successful applicant will work as part of a team in a fast paced and dynamic office environment, managing parts enquiries and creating quotations, processing orders into SAP for all our customers. This includes our external customers, global export enquiries and Konecranes internal branches. Ensuring we respond to our customer quickly and accurately is paramount in this role. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who want a career in technical sales and estimation.             

You will report to Sr. Manager – Business Support.


  1. Create offers for individual spare part requests as well as for large-scope spare part projects
  2. Communicate with customers and follow up on the status of the offers
  3. Researching part pricing with internal resources and external vendors
  4. Generate sales leads, Promoting Spare part recommendations
  5. Create MIS reports, Business forecasting
  6. Interaction with Global teams
  7. Good verbal, written, computer, and customer service skills are a must.
  8. Willing to learn and grow within an experienced environment
  9. Handling Customer VOC
  10. IT Skills- Microsoft office, Auto-cad, SAP
  11. Other duties as assigned by supervisor
  12. Awereemenss of ISO Standards.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical preferred
  2. 2-3 years’ experience


  1. Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical and machinery parts and be willing to work hands on with the service branches, Dealers and External customers.
  2. Highly motivated, Self- starter, problem-solving aptitude.
  3. 2+ years of previous experience as an Estimation Engineer for industrial/capital parts sales
  4. Travel domestically up to 20-30%.
  5. Exposure to E-commerce would be preferred but not mandatory.
