• Experience: 6-8  Years

1. Understanding customer’s requirement / ultimate goal and recommending most appropriate (feasible, simplest and most economic) solution to customer. If necessary, provide alternative solution/s.
2. Conveying product range as per “organizational limitations and capabilities”.
3. Circulating checklists to Sales for necessary inputs to provide appropriate solution
4. Discussion with Engineering team for high value customized solutions during offering phase
5. Discussion with Sourcing team for prices of high value non-standard parts during offering phase
6. Discussion with Manufacturing team for high value non-standard supply material during offering phase
7. Submitting detailed technical solution that is being offered to meet customer requirement
8. Submitting price  for the solution (Supply, Transportation and I&C)
9. Accompanying Sales persons during customer interactions if required
10. PO review for techno commercial points
11. Attending Project KOM and support order execution as and when required
12. Monitoring SOP adherence
13. Improvement plan execution to increase profitability.
