We are now looking for an Specialist - Sales Process Support who is passionate about working in industrial Service APAC Operational Excellence function. In this role, you will be responsible for development and implementation of sales processes and tools within region as a journey towards operational excellence.


Your key role:

  • Strive for commercial and operational excellence through a systematic, continuous improvement culture, based on data analytics and driven by KPIs
  • Ensures effective offer configurator usage, process consistency and improvements through training, guidance, reviews, deep dives, best practice sharing & audits within region
  • Coordinating the global implementations of the 1KC processes and systems; support country key users in organizing process and master data trainings.
  • Collaboration with service sales stakeholders to define the business requirements and with IT to translate these requirements into 1KC system developments and deployments through UAT.
  • Overseeing all regional Service sales training development and coordinating its delivery.


Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 3 – 5 years

Competencies and skills, we expect for this role:

  • Sales process awareness with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in Sales CRM and data analytics
  • Customer (internal/external) coordination and improvement driver
  • Organized and efficient Time Management Skills
  • Awareness on Konecranes Products and Processes
  • Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001
