Inside sales (supporto tecnico) - Service Sud

La figura, inserita all’interno del Branch Sud, riporta al Branch manager. Ha il compito di analizzare i report degli interventi dei tecnici service, di seguire la preparazione delle offerte relative alle riparazioni segnalate, di inviarle ai clienti per la successiva vendita.

Le attività assegnate a questo ruolo comprendono la stesura delle offerte ed il follow-up con i clienti per la definizione degli ordini con telefonate quotidiane.

La figura monitora regolarmente le attività utilizzando il CRM per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita assegnati.

  • Conoscenza lingua inglese
