Key Account Executive

Role Description:

• Promote the organization's products and service support to Key accounts and develop new business.

 

Key Tasks :

• Meets account development targets of assigned accounts and further develop and protect these
accounts.
• Maintains and develops relationships with assigned accounts. Creates and execute account plans and
coordinate account plan activities, bringing in other sales resources or subject matter experts to develop
both service and equipment business.
• Promotes and sells the organisation's products and services to assigned accounts to achieve sales
targets. Utilises current CRM systems in the sales process efficiently, and reports on leads and sales
activities regularly.
• Pursues sales leads, assesses customer needs and suggests appropriate products and services, respond
to customer enquiries, negotiates prices and delivery times and concludes sales orders.
• Builds positive relationships generating future sales and repeat business. Refers sales leads, customers
feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organisation.
Identifies leads for other business units, promotes cross-selling activities and culture in the organisation.
• Establishes regular sales plans and priorities and schedules own activities ensuring targets are met.

 

Key Job Requirements

Qualification/Education:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Engineering or any related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience to marketing, sales, after sales service.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Good communication skills in both Thai & English.
• Good IT skills
• Experienced work in Engineering environment it would be advantage.
