Principal Responsibilities/岗位职责:

• Design and improve the current workshop assembly fixtures, tools to support the assembly process in a more safe and efficient way;
• Lean activities with planning, implementation and development in projects model and tooling of Lean manufacturing;
• Support operation in daily work to improve chain productivity with efficient, effective way including compilation of KPIs;
• Wastes elimination based on the value stream map analysis, such as productivity increasing/capacity enhancement/space saving/material optimization;
• Define and improve the working standard for cycle time, efficiency and productivity improvements by applying scientific IE methods blended with best manufacturing practice;
• Capacity planning and layout optimization in regarding to overall production processes flow's synergizing and integration;
• Prepare periodical reports and review with relevant department and team (CIP, Capex and cost saving);
• Provide training for operation and set up the lean culture through 5S, Lean& 6 Sigma project, continuous improvement;
• Work across international teams with Europe and China;
• Others assigned by Konecranes management team;

Requirements/任职要求:

• University degree majored in mechanic-electric/electric-hydraulic, industrial automatic of machine and vehicle; (Graduate from polytechnic school acceptable, major in mechanical and work in foreign company or working abroad experiences is preferred);
• More than 5 years related working experience in Industry Mobile Equipment or Truck manufacturing company;
• Knowledge of mechanics, electricity and hydraulic, knowledge of Lean Manufacture;
• Be familiar with IE related methodologies and production process analysis principles;
• Be familiar with MES system application and best practice of interfaces for different modules adjustment;
• Be familiar with application of Engineering software to make the draft drawing on fixtures or workshop layouts;
• Knowledge of fixtures (steel structures) design, manufacturing, welding process is essential for this position;
• Be familiar with IMS(ISO9001, OHSAS18000, EMS14000) procedures;
• Good learning and communication skill with English;
• With Practiced experience of  project execution on Lean Six Sigma is a plus;
• Responsible, self-motivated working and honesty.
