Sales Engineer

Your key responsibilities主要职责:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of a regional sales force in order to implement the organisation’s overall sales strategy for an assigned region; 


  • Develop and maintain customer relationships and identify customer needs ensuring provision of excellent service; 


  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed, provide  timely feedback to management regarding performance; 

                   根据需要协助制定和实施市场营销计划, 及时向管理层反馈业绩情况

  • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports, control expenses to meet budget guidelines; 

                   准确记录所有价格、销售和活动报告, 控制开支以满足预算指导方针

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes; 


  • Take charge of contract negotiation and follow up the delivery and payment collection; 


  • Manage key account business, keep a stable sales growth;


  • Keep technology support for system integrators & dealers, and offer training to customers (distributors, dealers & end customers) ;


  • Offer technology support for urgent case, also need help distributors and dealers solve site maintain cases at customer site;


  • Complete other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

What should you bring? 任职要求

  • Bachelor degree, major in engineering


  • About 5 years direct sales experience, can offer solution on site is a plus


  • Strong commercial acumen


  • Strong collaboration & communication skills, can solve some product questions and balance relationship with customers


  • Solid MS office skills (word, excel, PPT)

                   扎实的MS Office技能(Word、Excel、PPT)

  • Good English skills in both oral and written


  • Aggressive and can work well under pressure 


  • Analytical thinking with problem solving capabilities  


  • Positive attitude and self-confidence,self motivated & target oriented


  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility, team oriented
