BUSINESS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR CTO CRANES based out of Springfield, OH.  The position is an administrative support position that involves the flow of documentation (electronic and otherwise) and communication to ensure accurate and timely data in the ERP system.  This position reports to the BUSINESS OPERATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER.


  • Responsible for all buyers VIM within the CTO business line.  This includes researching problems and resolving issues with the appropriate personnel. 
  • Assisting the CTO controllers with the GRIR report.  Ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information in a timely manner.
  • Ensures all supporting documentation is stored in accordance to policies and procedures of internal controls.
  • SAP support for CTO personnel in North America, including help desk functions, follow-up training and user problem resolution.
  • Maintain all training materials and ongoing development of user manuals.
  • Participate as a key team member in all software developments, testing of future upgrades and implementation of end user training programs.
  • Support any special projects, as directed by management.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.


  • High school diploma required.  Associate's degree in Accounting, or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to efficiently handle and administer multiple tasks.
  • Experience in problem solving and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent PC skills, MS Office, and an ability to navigate other ERP systems.
  • Strong aptitude and a desire to fully understand our processes.

EXPERIENCE: 2 or more years' related experience preferred.
