Industrial Sales Specialist with managing skills

Currently we are searching for a Industrial Sales Specialist to grow to a role of Manager.

 

 Tasks in KONECRANES :

 

Step1:

Assimilate  fast  :

  • KONECRANES group culture
  • KONECRANES product and service range
  • KONECRANES working methods ( offer handling , claim handling , new equipment contracting , service contracting etc)
  • ISCIR /CNCIR requirements for hoisting equipment
  • Get to know RO customer base
  • Step 2.

  • Sales of service products for  industrial cranes equipment in South Romania
  • Manage assigned customers
  • Identify new customers
  • Be primar contact person for his customers during project development  until comisiioning and final payment.
  • Following receivables for his projects
  • Attend alone or  together with team members , customer visits , and sales closing meetings  for new equipment and service
  • Participate in crane modernization projects under supervision of Country Manager and Service Manager

 

 

 

Expectations:

Ideal candidate should have/be:

 

  • A passion for development in sales/operational tasks and customers-related approach!
  • University degree in mechanical and or / electrical engineering ( in CJ, TM, B, I) and strong technical knowledge,
  • Strong team spirit,
  • Flexible and adaptive to new and unexpected or challenging situations,
  • A proven 3-4 years of track record in sales & project management,
  • Systematic approach to sales & delivery process,
  • A strong and credible influencer of his customers and colleagues
  • Fundamental knowledge of industrial production enviroments
  • Someone who likes hard work and shows the determination to succeed in a very competitive marketplace,
  • The ability to identify potential opportunities that relate to the overhead crane business,
  • The ability to identify critical issues of the processes and turn those to growth opportunities for his organisation
  • Demonstrated an ability to negotiate to convert opportunities into profitable orders!
  • A good level of computer literacy,
  • Good level of English (also technical),
  • Like to travel and visit customers,
  • Driving license B.
