Nell'ottica di sviluppo del Service Konecranes stiamo ricercando un Tecnico di Service.

 

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA':

La nuova figura inserita nel Team Service del Triveneto svolgerà le seguenti mansioni:

 

  • Eseguire la manutenzione e le riparazioni di gru a ponte elettriche e paranchi presso le sedi dei clienti. Essere disponibili per interventi "su chiamata" e, se necessario, fornire assistenza dopo l'orario di lavoro ordinario;
  • Effettuare ricerche guasto presso i clienti per problemi di natura elettrica, meccanica ed elettronica e stabilire le attività necessarie per le eventuali riparazioni.
  • Eseguire le riparazioni e i relativi controlli prima del completamento dei lavori, documentando che tutti i requisiti di sicurezza siano soddisfatti o segnalando eventuali ulteriori azioni correttive;
  • Illustrare al cliente gli esiti dell'intervento segnalando eventuali criticità o rischi per la sicurezza;
  • Capire l'interesse del cliente di acquistare nuove riparazioni o eventuali modifiche e registrare la segnalazione tramite apposito strumento;
  • Completare e fornire la documentazione adeguata per ogni attività svolta, ottenendo la firma e l'accettazione del cliente;
  • Completare i rapporti di servizio e gli altri documenti richiesti in modo professionale e inviarli in modo tempestivo e in conformità con le linee guida stabilite in sede;
  • Leggere, comprendere e applicare i contenuti di norme o regolamenti relativi al nostro settore. Aggiornare periodicamente le proprie conoscenze su manuali e procedure tecniche;
  • Mantenere una comunicazione regolare con la Sede e con il pianificatore, in conformità con le prassi interne stabilite;
  • Mantenere tutte le attrezzature, i veicoli e i beni messi a disposizione dall'azienda in condizioni di funzionamento sicure e corrette utilizzandoli in modo sicuro e responsabile. Informare il supervisore di eventuali criticità;
  • Assicurare la verifica inventariale dei materiali presenti sul furgone. Documentare l'utilizzo di ricambi o la vendita al cliente in accordo alle procedure aziendali;
  • Seguire tutte le norme e le procedure di sicurezza stabilite, comprese quelle stabilite dal cliente.

 

REQUISITI NECESSARI:

  • Perito elettro-meccanico
  • Esperienza di manutenzione di attrezzature per il sollevamento (carroponti, gru, paranchi)
  • Utilizzo pacchetto Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Spirito di squadra
  • Ottima conoscenza lingua italiana
  • Discreta conoscenza lingua inglese
  • Ottima capacità organizzativa
  • Residenza in provincia di Udine
  • Disponibilità a saltuarie trasferte

With a view to developing the Konecranes Service we are looking for a Service Technician.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The new colleague will be part of Service Team of Triveneto and will carry out the following tasks:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs of electric overhead cranes and hoists in customer sites. To be available for "on call" request and, if necessary, provide assistance after ordinary working hours;
  • Carry out fault research for electrical, mechanical and electronic problems on customer’s site and establish the necessary activities for any repairs.
  • Carry out repairs and related checks before completion of the works, documenting that all safety requirements are met or reporting any further corrective actions;
  • Explain to the customer the results of the intervention, reporting any critical issues or safety risks;
  • Understanding the customer's interest in purchasing new repairs or any changes and recording the report using the appropriate tool;
  • Complete and provide adequate documentation for each activity carried out, obtaining the client's signature and acceptance;
  • Complete the required service reports and other documents professionally and send them in a timely manner and in accordance with the guidelines established to headquarter;
  • Read, understand and apply the contents of rules or regulations related to our industry. Periodically update their knowledge of manuals and technical procedures;
  • Maintain regular communication with the Headquarters and with the planner, in compliance with established internal practices;
  • Keep all equipment, vehicles and goods supplied by the company in safe and correct operating conditions by using them in a safe and responsible manner. Inform the supervisor of any critical issues;
  • Ensure the inventory check of the materials present on the van. Document the use of spare parts or the sale to the customer in accordance with company procedures;
  • Follow all established safety rules and procedures, including those established by the customer.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Electro-mechanical diploma
  • Previous experience in maintenance of lifting equipment (overhead cranes, cranes, hoists)
  • Use of Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Team spirit
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian language
  • Fair knowledge of English
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Residence in the province of Udine (Italy)
  • Availability for occasional business trips
