Purchaser Intern 采购实习生-上海

Position Title: Purchaser Intern 采购实习生-上海
 
Principal Responsibilities岗位职责:
•Verify purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list. Clarify unclear item and recommend alternatives.
•Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price. Obtain recommendations from suppliers for substitute items and obtain approval from requisitioning department.
•Monitor and expedite orders. Follow inventories and deliveries according to orders.
•Make sure that purchased service or product is cost efficient for Konecranes.
•Carry on time purchases on customer orders according to Konecranes Standards. Cooperate with the DC order processing team and Purchasing Team to and ensuring on time deliveries and to fulfil the highest level of customer satisfaction.
•Use appointed tools and software to achieve most efficient material management. Initiate the tool and software purchases and carry out continuous process development according to Konecranes interests.
•Prepare RFQs and Price Inquiries for singles items according to DC needs. Negotiate and creating price lists according to RFQ results according to best interest of Konecranes. Update approved price lists into system.
•Supplier performance and development management through Konecranes KPIs and maintain competitive and professional supplier base. Consolidate and localize the purchases in best interest of Konecranes.
•Verify receipt of items by compare items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers. Prepare and manage the supplier invoices with Finance Team and confirm that only the delivered goods and services with correct quantity and quality are to be paid.
•Ensure ESSs and TPPs are carried out.
•Ensure Quality Control Program is administered per Company Policy.
•Follow and fulfil all the pointed tasks/projects by the Manager.
•Other duties assigned by manager


Requirements任职要求:
Skills & Knowledge:
•College degree or above.
•Strong organizing, communication and team work skills required.
•Ability to meet the deadlines under tight schedules and fast changing environment
•Good knowledge of products, especially KC Service Products
•Familiar with computer program: ERP experience, Microsoft Office Applications.
•Good command English skill.
Behavioural Competencies:
•Motivation, teamwork and can work under pressure.
